I was grateful that I was processed for my car at 11PM, just before the cut off. Though it was inconvenient to wait 2 hours for a car, I did get a car and was able to get home. And the return process was super easy in Killeen.Recensione del 7 nov 2022

Unable to rent a vehicle without a credit card, and the desk representative said they were unable to change the name on my reservation to someone else in my party so we could meet this requirement. Ended up without my car overnight and having to rebook for the next day when the customer service team was open again since they weren't available at 10pm during my pick up.Recensione del 8 giu 2022

Only 1 car to choose from, long wait to get to pick up the car, could have had more staff if they were that busy. Other than that it was pretty good. Quick drop off. Good value all in allRecensione del 12 apr 2022
