The price was great and it was busy when I got there and I got my car within 30 Min. It went a little to fast in the cleaning part. Needed to ve vacuumed I found a cup under my seat and it had dirt in it. The seats were clean and it was just washed so I was ok with that.Recensione del 25 feb 2022

You should put a few signs to guide the customers to the exactly Advantage car return site at the rental care return(DFW airport). I had to spent more than 20 minutes in finding out the correct site for Advantages care returnRecensione del 26 lug 2021

Punti positivi:Staff was friendly and the vehicle ran well.Punti negativi:Be prepared for a $250 security deposit, which MUST be on the same card as the rental amount. This definitely threw a bit of a wrench into our plans, but luckily we were able to make it work.Recensione del 30 mag 2021

Punti negativi:My flight was delayed. When I arrived there was no one at the counter as it was closed. Had to stay the night near the airport and get the car the next day. Was still charged for the day I did not have it on top of having to pay for a hotel.Recensione del 12 mag 2021

Punti positivi:Car was perfect. However the Desk service was horrible.Punti negativi:Surprised last minute with request for insurance. Also, the tolls offering was not made clear - they used scare tactics to sell. So overpriced and for me a HUGE waste of money. I had a reservation at a specific time and I was there early so it wasn't my fault. Whoever was supposed to be there had obviously left.
