Wasn't given the opportunity to do an inspection prior to leaving. Haven't received a receipt yet(4 days later). The car smelled bad, like trying to cover up cigarette smoke. Didn't do a return inspection with me.Recensione del 16 lug 2023

I waited in line for almost 42 minutes. They gave me an electric vehicle in Texas. I spent the entire trip looking for charging stations and it took up most of my trip. I was really disappointed in Dollar and will not be using them again.Recensione del 11 lug 2023

Went to pick up my rental at 10:00 pm on 5/12/23 and they were completely out of cars and weren’t honoring reservations. Spent $200 on a hotel and Ubers, tried again the next morning at 6:00 am and they still didn’t have any cars. Left and booked a car with another company. Scheduled car for be picked up at 12:00 weeks in advance. Arrived on time to pick up the car and was told it would be a 3 hour wait to get a car. Had to cancel the reservation. Will never use this company again.Recensione del 3 mag 2023

We had a 12pm appointment and when we arrived at 2pm we still had to wait 1.5 hours. Also, our vehicle we requested was not available. So we where put into a car we did not request or enjoy. And lastly, The vehicle was not cleaned at all. there was food on every surface and empty food and drink containers. We ended up vacuuming and cleaning it ourselves.Recensione del 25 apr 2023

They did not honor the reservation I made through Kayak and refused to rent a car to me. My flight from DFW to New Orleans had been cancelled, presumably because of the hailstorm and tornado threat, and I needed a way to get home to work the next morning instead of taking a rebooked flight for the next day.
