According to my reservation, I rented an intermediate SUV. I had it in writing. The Hertz person just repeated over and over that I reserved a compact SUV. Upgrading to an intermediate almost doubled the price. It was a bait and switch. I had to have the intermediate size based on what I was transporting. I will never use Hertz again.Recensione del 13 giu 2023

There is not enough space in this block for me to tell anyone why they should never rent from Hertz. This has been a nightmare in which I am being penalized for being an ethical person.Recensione del 17 mag 2022

Arrived on time and was told there would be at least a 90 minute wait. She suggested trying another agency. We had prepaid and the agent was unable to process a refund. She told us we would need to work with our credit card company. She suggested never prepaying bc there is no benefitRecensione del 26 apr 2022
