I was quoted one price when getting the car and no one was there when we returned it to get a receipt. Just had to leave and 'hope' all worked out. Then the bill comes and it is more than $40 over what I was quoted. Because no one was there to give me a receipt (when I could have asked questions and discussed what was going on and why the difference), it is leading to my having to make phone calls to 800 numbers to try to resolve this discrepancy. Not happy about that.Recensione del 29 ago 2022

I got a last minute reservation with Alamo after Budget didn’t have the car that I reserved available. Alamo let me exchange my car halfway through the rental for a better fit. No surprises with the price or service. All of the reps I interacted with were helpful and friendly.Recensione del 1 ago 2022

No staff to rent car at kiosk in parking garage. Had to go downstairs and then come back. Would have been nice to at least out a sign in the garage kioskRecensione del 27 giu 2022
