Was issued a 'similar' sized vehicle that was smaller than the Nissan Rogue signed up for. I checked the dimensions, a Ford Escape has smaller interior than Nissan Rogue. You claim its the same, reality says smaller. Vehicle smelled like smoke when we got in. I understand you charge people extra if they smoke in the vehicle? Is this just to maximize profits? Price of the car was good. Counter agent made a mistake on my booking and I had to drive back to the airport to get it fixed. There should be a contact number to the station instead of wasting gas and time for a situation that is the agents mistake.Recensione del 15 ago 2022

Waited in line for over 45 mins to be told that there would be a wait with no ETA for our vehicle, even with a reservation. We could not wait due to our travel plans, so went over to Hertz, who was incredibly helpful and got us a vehicle right away. Do not rent from Dollar!Recensione del 22 lug 2022

Overall a very bad experience. Had to wait an hour in a very long line upon arrival. Then did not get the size of vehicle we paid for. Then we had to wait in another line for another hour in the garage waiting on a car because they didn’t have any available. Very disappointed and will not use them in the future. Forget about renting Thrifty/Dollar ok thursdays or fridays. Line for check-in is eternal! Staff not friendly at all, and only 2 counters eventually 3 working to check-in a long line of renters.Recensione del 6 mag 2022

Pickup was horrendous. 2 1/2 hour wait in line with a reservation. We picked up 2 hours after our reservation time. At 12 with hundreds in line people went to lunch.
