It would have been important to have the local team inform about how complicated it is to find charging stations in Texas. And once you find them, that being foreign makes them complicated or impossible to use (some asks for local phone number, others ask to download apps that aren’t available in foreign App Store accounts).Recensione del 15 ago 2023

Long lines at pickup, very few staff working. We were turned back right before exiting the airport and we’re told to get a booster seat for my daughter who is 7 and does not use a booster seat normally at home.Recensione del 10 apr 2023

The price I paid was very different than quoted from Kayak. Not many options when picking up at 10 at nightRecensione del 13 feb 2023

I didn't take this car because the line to pick it up was an hour long and I didn't have that kind of time to spare. It's one thing to offer Thrifty pricing to get consumers to buy; it's quite another if you can't deliver with timely service.Recensione del 2 mag 2022

Everything could be better. I was forced to buy extra insurance for 700 usd which I didn’t need. Car is poor and the breaks have technical issuesRecensione del 9 apr 2022

I had paid for car already online then got charged again after waiting in a long line. Drop off was terrible. It was tough to find the exact spot. Signs were not clear. It was a mess. The car was nice though.Recensione del 4 apr 2022

Everything was perfect except the rate could have been cheaper. Nearly $400 for less than one day is steep.Recensione del 24 mar 2022
