Dollar did not have a vehicle for me upon my arrival, despite having a reservation for two weeks. They also had no alternatives and no recommendations, so we were basically stranded upon arrival over 800 miles away from home. Punti positivi:Staff was friendly....Punti negativi:Trying to find the pick up/drop off location was not easy....the hours on the web site are different than the actual hours... was stuck at the airport at 8:00 p.m with my 6yr old son with no ride to get a car because they were closed... but the web site said they were open to 1a.m..and when I called to change the hours I rented the car for nobody mentioned the change in hours!!!! Punti negativi:They overcharged me and when I called to rectify it they said it had to be taken care of in person. When I tried to rectify it in person, they said the person didn’t note in the system that I called in to try to fix the charges. I showed the gentleman my phone call to the company on the day I tried to fix it. He said because the person didn’t make note of it in the system there’s nothing he could do.
