Didn’t like anything. The lady at the counter was rude, my reservation was for 11am but I didn’t get the car until 1:19pm. The restrooms were out of service so I couldn’t even use the bathroom and they gave me a minivan that didn’t even have Bluetooth.Recensione del 17 mar 2022

Car ordered was not available, waited 30 minutes for a different class of car. No accommodation for the change other than $30 off the next rental, as if there will be one.Recensione del 8 mar 2022

We booked a car two weeks in advance but when we arrived with our group of 12 people, they had no car for us. When canceling the car on kayak to get our money back, we had to call multiple times and fight for them to return our money even though they didn’t have a car for us. We will not be booking through kayak again but will book directly through the rental car website.Recensione del 24 feb 2022

No itemized full receipt. Car not on lot when pre-registered time. They were deceptive in adding on the insurance cost when I preselected no extra insurance.Recensione del 22 feb 2022

Our battery died and we had to wait an hour in the cold for someone to show up, and the mechanic who did told us the battery in the car was old and not good and that we’d be “lucky” if we made it to our destination without another issue. It was so scary!Recensione del 3 gen 2022
