I reserved a Mustang convertible, and they didn't have it. They were not especially apologetic about their error either.Recensione del 6 lug 2023

You made our reservation at the wrong location. We made the reservation for the Atlanta airport but you all switched it to a location 35 minutes away. And by the time we arrived, the AVIS location at the airport was sold out. We ended up going with another rental company. We won't be using a 3rd party to make car reservations again.Recensione del 27 gen 2023

I reserved a minivan as we needed room for 7. They called me the day before my reservation was scheduled to say they did not have any vans or large suvs available despite the reservation.Recensione del 21 nov 2022

Pick up location was unmarked and hard to find. The drop off location had no attendant and I had to go into the actual airport to return the car. I think i was overcharged by 80 bucks but I STILL haven't received an emailed receipt to check. They were unable to give me one when I dropped the car off. Car was alright and pretty clean but the pick up and drop off was one of my worst rental experiences. I would also really like a receipt.Recensione del 28 ago 2022

The drop off procedure was very well organised at Miami airport. The pick up was a nightmare. According to the contract AVIS should have accepted my debit card (( with more then enoughmoney on my account) but it refused.Recensione del 1 mag 2022

They did not have a car despite a reservation. A car reservation is not a promise on the part of Avis, just on the customer side. They totally suck.Recensione del 13 apr 2022

Took my reservation, charged me $60 for insurance and then had no car. At least the agent called me an hour before pickup time to tell me they had no cars to rent.Recensione del 12 apr 2022
