It was a nightmare. We had a 2 pm pickup. We got there at 2:15 pm and they said all cars were gone for the day to come back tomorrow or possibly in 7 hours. We were at the airport and trying to move on with the rest of our trip. After waiting a while, we ended up using Enterprise at the airport. How can we prepay and reserve a car if they don’t have it. Horrible. Upon arrival to pick up my rental I was told there was an hour wait which turned into 2 hours. At that point I cancelled my reservation and went to another car rental business that immediately provided me with a car. This was my first and last experience with Thrifty.Recensione del 15 lug 2023

When I went to pick up the car at the thrifty desk, they said they did not do Thrifty and only did Hertz. As a result, I checked with every rental service in the rental area, and none of them would honor the agreement I had, so we rented a car from Hertz.
