It was a nightmare. We had a 2 pm pickup. We got there at 2:15 pm and they said all cars were gone for the day to come back tomorrow or possibly in 7 hours. We were at the airport and trying to move on with the rest of our trip. After waiting a while, we ended up using Enterprise at the airport. How can we prepay and reserve a car if they don’t have it. In the span of an hour of us waiting, this happened to at least 30 other families too.Recensione del 12 ago 2023

Horrible. Upon arrival to pick up my rental I was told there was an hour wait which turned into 2 hours. At that point I cancelled my reservation and went to another car rental business that immediately provided me with a car. This was my first and last experience with Thrifty.Recensione del 15 lug 2023

Got to thrifty to pick up the car I RESERVED and was turned away because they sold ALL the cars they had available. Absolutely atrocious and if we had prepaid we were still out of luck and had to spend even more money. Absolutely unacceptableRecensione del 29 mag 2023

When I went to pick up the car at the thrifty desk, they said they did not do Thrifty and only did Hertz. As a result, I checked with every rental service in the rental area, and none of them would honor the agreement I had, so we rented a car from Hertz.
