Check in lentissimo. Al check out chiesto extra per pulizia auto per via di qualche traccia di sabbia sui tappetini.Recensione del 9 gen 2026

ACE was a decent car rental company. Their “counter” agent set up was very weird as it was iPads set up on a booth that would process your rental and they two employees roaming around. We had to wait a little bit for the car as it was still being cleaned, despite arriving at our pickup time. Overall, decent car rental place but not the smoothest and best experience I’ve had.Recensione del 1 set 2023

Check in took way too long. Lots of paperwork. Gate attendant took a ton of pictures of the car before we left. Car was clean. Turning in the car after usage was quick with no problems.Recensione del 31 ago 2023

I had reserved a mid size SUV which was not available and upgraded to a full size Durango with an onboard GPS which was wonderful for driving around the area. I was fortunate at ACE LAX to have dealt with their customer service agent named Herbert. He was very helpful in explain Ing the insurance options and getting me processed quickly. I was tired after a long day and Herbert helped make check-in a breeze. Loved ACE! Right price and helpful people. Steven Sheft Newark.De.Recensione del 30 ago 2023

No one told us we had to call the rental company to get the shuttle to come. It took a long time to get to the off airport location. Also it wasn’t ACE. It was Drivo.Recensione del 29 ago 2023

Everything went smooth and the shuttle drivers were polite. The car was ready when we showed up and was easy to find. I would rent here again.Recensione del 27 ago 2023

It’s a local car which is perfect for driving on an island. It looked like every other car in a parking lot which I like. I don’t like having a flashy car that stands out. This one blended in perfectly. The pick up and drop off was excellent and expedient. It was excellent value for the price.Recensione del 27 ago 2023

Ace is a no frills setup, which allows customers to rent cars far below the cost of your typical car rental business. However, similar to super budget airlines (like Spirit), you will get what you pay for. The staff isn't particularly friendly (that's not universal - a few are wonderful) and there appears to be a bit of a culture of "customer is always wrong," which creates a bit of a hostile environment, we noticed.Recensione del 27 ago 2023
