We got in a little late and the gentlemen at the counter was very kind and patient to wait for us to get things organized. He was supposed to close the counter and stayed open a little later for us. I don't remember his name but do remember he was from Massachusetts. Getting the car was super quick as well.Recensione del 25 ago 2023

Enterprise was fantastic. East to pick up the car and return it. The car itself was very nice. The only stressful part was the very long line waiting for the shuttle to the airport from the rental return. This was not unique to enterprise and was true for all of the rental companies at that airport.Recensione del 18 ott 2022

Excellent all around. Super professional at pick up and drop off. We rented a cheap compact SUV. We arrived at 10 pm and they were out of that size. So they offered me a 2021 MERCEDES or BMW SUV for same price!!!! Unbelievable. Super thrilled about the ease of getting out of the airport and for dropping off. I will for sure use Enterprise again. Punti positivi:Staff was super friendly at both the pick up and the drop off. However, I don't appreciate the fast talking sales person trying to upsell is a shady manner. Suddenly my one way rental jumped from $70 to $130 but luckily the customer service guy on the phone and the staff at the drop off location were super helpful, understanding and accommodating.Punti negativi:Explain all the charges clearly and slowly and include actual pricing info instead of trying to just get the most out of every customer. People are on strict budgets these days and lack of transparency and not having the customers best interest in mind will cause you to lose business.Recensione del 1 ott 2020
