Punti positivi: Staff was super friendly at both the pick up and the drop off. However, I don't appreciate the fast talking sales person trying to upsell is a shady manner. Suddenly my one way rental jumped from $70 to $130 but luckily the customer service guy on the phone and the staff at the drop off location were super helpful, understanding and accommodating.
Punti negativi: Explain all the charges clearly and slowly and include actual pricing info instead of trying to just get the most out of every customer. People are on strict budgets these days and lack of transparency and not having the customers best interest in mind will cause you to lose business.
Punti negativi: Called the car company several times after landing at San Diego Airport to request customer pick up and no answered the phone. My fiancé and I spent several hours waiting. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a car rental company and with Kayak.

Punti negativi: Pick up was slow. You had to wait outside and hope someone in the office would see you. Maybe adding a door bell/buzzer would help speed up the process.

Punti negativi: Vehicle was a complete mess upon pick-up. Dirt, dust and dead bugs all over the front of the car. More crumbs and dirt inside the vehicle. Like, so much that it was first thing I noticed when I opened the doors. When I asked the employee if the car had been cleaned the only response I got was, “ I tried.” Enterprise has some pretty strict cleaning guidelines for covid but this particular employee refused to adhere to the mask policy because “it was too hot.” Watched the Manager scold her for it. Apparently she had already been warned...

Punti negativi: Would have preferred the Ford Transit over the GM van as the comfort and amenities were nicer and the ride and handling is much better in the Ford.

Punti negativi: The cost I got on line was $143, but when I picked up car they had a new price of over $230. After my trip I had to make several calls to get it adjusted to the price I was given when I booked.

Punti positivi: The drop-off was very easy, which was great because we had a flight to catch from Denver Airport. The staff at both the pick up and drop off locations were very friendly. We got a great value for our car, which was a brand new premium vehicle, and it served us well throughout our travels. Overall a wonderful experience and great deal!
Punti negativi: There was a slight misunderstanding when we picked up the vehicle, where we were overcharged the rate we had booked online. This was apparently due to a computer glitch that sometimes occurs when the pick up and drop off locations are different. Luckily we discovered the discrepancy and the Enterprise staff were very helpful in correcting the mistake.
