Build in plenty of time to get to the pickup location as it’s two shuttles away from the airport. Once you arrive, you better hope you aren’t more than two hours beyond your estimated pickup time or they will have given your car away. It was so long to get to. Take the shuttle to the car rental place and then they pick you up from there to go to the economy car rental. It was long to get there and on the way back we opted to just Uber instead of let them take us back to the car rental area to then have to go take another shuttle to the airport.Recensione del 29 lug 2023

Horrible. Didn’t get get my car because my flight delayed and they CLOSE at 8pm which is. It advertised!!!!! I had to go to another company and buy a rent car for $400. So, unfortunately this company is a scam.Recensione del 26 giu 2023

There is so much I was disappointed about. 1. I thought the office was at Airport 2. Didn't know there was a shuttle from airport so I paid for a taxi 3. I got to the rental agency and they said my reservation expired at noon. I've never rented a car with a time limit on pick up 4. Then they wanted me to pay an extra $39 a day on another car. 5. Renting vehicles at Economy Rental Cars on India Ave in San Diego is ways easy and pleasurable. Fernando is the manager and always takes good care of me either directly or through the very capable staff. During my past few visits. I've also been assisted by Z. Isaac and David always greets customers with his friendly countenance. Cars are always clean and mechanically sound. Limited office hours required dropping car at another location for an additional fee. Received a smaller car than what was booked. Paperwork indicated a full tank when it was only 1/2 full.
