Punti positivi: The Thrifty staff was kind but informed me that the Kayak reservation was never placed with them. I had to rebook another vehicle for double the cost.
Punti negativi: The rental I booked through Kayak was never sent to Thrifty. They had no history of my reservation.

Punti negativi: The car was somewhat dirty when we received it. Something had been splattered on the inside of the windshield. The car itself was dirty. Some cleaning should be done, prior to rental.
