During reservation, we had selected option for the car rental at the airport terminal and not offsite. After reaching to the airport we realized that the car rental was offsite. Moreover, we were not informed anywhere during reservation that they close at 12:30 am. We reached there at midnight and they were closed. We booked the car but we lost the money and had to book another from the airport from what was available from a different car company,Recensione del 2 dic 2022

Friendly staff; Wait time reasonable. My only complaint is that I was “upgraded” to a larger car. I should have declined the offer but I was tired and wanted to get going. Would have much preferred a smaller car. My bad.Recensione del 10 nov 2022

It took 2.5 hours to pickup the car. Then the car was notably old, and had a number of dings in it. Many other folks were given cars with half full gas tanks while I was there as well. They had to notice and the company wasn’t upfront about it.Recensione del 28 ott 2022

Rented in airport, got outsourced out of the airport to "fox" which doesn't even pick up the phone. My plans changed but I had no chance of changing my rental, forcing me to drive back to SFO to return the car. Worst car rental experience ever, didnt even know a car rental could be so unflexible, will be renting from real companies from now on.Recensione del 19 set 2022

On line it said the car can be picked up in the terminal. This is the main reason I chose this vehicle. That was a lie. We had to take a shuttle to pick up and after drop off. This is difficult with 4 kids and 8 suitcases.Recensione del 4 set 2022

Francis was very professional checking in our rental. That procedure was fast and efficient. Getting the car was a long long process that could be improved. We were unaware of the extra shuttle ride to Fox rentals once we arrived by Air-train at Rental cars.Recensione del 20 ago 2022

The car I was given had 96k miles on it and has damage everywhere. When I mentioned this to the rep and asked for a different vehicle, she said she couldn't help me. There was a parking lot full of cars. Won't use this company again.Recensione del 12 ago 2022
