Had to wait over an hour in line to check in. They only had two people working and there was a very long line. When I finally spoke to a rep I was told it was going to be another hour to get my car since they did not have one in the type that I ordered. I ordered a wildcard which is basically dealers choice. After I expressed my displeasure in having to wait another hour they finally gave me a truck to rent. Unlikely to use them again. Huge wait to get the car. Only 2 staff working. Once we got the car, we pulled out and it was defective. Had to go back and get another car. So the first part was frustrating. Once we left, car was great, and drop off was easy.Recensione del 3 apr 2022

Car was extremely dirty. Paid way too much compared to other sites. Was charged additional fees without being told. Put reservation under my name and wasn’t able to change to my husbands name. I do not drive in the USA. Again paid extra. Terrible customer service when I called to rectify charges. Never again!Recensione del 17 mar 2022

We’re told our vehicle would be ready in 20 minutes. Waiting in parking lot with wife and kids for over 2 hrs waiting on vehicle. No explanation no updates or reasons why. Eventually told by someone that the parent companies customers were a priority and we just had to wait. Will probably never rent thrifty again.Recensione del 8 dic 2021

45 min wait. 2-3 agents. My “pick up” was scheduled at 6pm which is the time I arrived. I left by 7pm. The 3 vehicles they gave me to choose from were all the exact same year/make/model. I took the 1 that smelled the least. Worst experience. The vehicle had over 57,000 miles on it and it drove like a Mack truck. Very dissatisfied.Recensione del 1 nov 2021
