I turned my car in 2 days early and got no credit back and was charged $48.58 for 3/8 of tank of gas. Not impressed. Car had dings on all 4 sides and some existing candy wrappers inside. Expected more.Recensione del 20 feb 2023

at pick up in orlando i go to the desk and nobody was there.... and no sign was there. this was at 1 30 ... then at 2 00 a nice lady got there and said she had been at her break. it would have been nice if a sign was posted and/or payless had another person to take care of us who waited the 30 min our car was fine, but it smelled like smoke even though we had been told it was non-smoking vehicle. the staff seemed all nice though , that is importantRecensione del 21 nov 2022

First they said they couldn’t accommodate the deposit on my card (lies they Could and did in the end) then I paid for a Yukon or a Denali, they gave me a 12 person passenger van. Punti positivi:Prices were jacked up mich higher than normal. Staff offered me a small SUV over the sedan I originally reserved but it turned out to be a lousy bumpy ride, intolerable at highway speeds due to the vibration at 75mph and greater. On the plus side, it didn't break downPunti negativi:Cleanliness. I had to hit my breaks hard once and trash slid out from under the passenger seat.Recensione del 3 mag 2021
