Rip off! If you don't have "enough insurance" they charge you more than double your daily rate. Then tack on fees for tolls. And their deposits are dependant upon whatever they feel like that day. The lady next to me had to pay a thousand dollar deposit! Horrible experience. We ended up paying almost 4 times our original price. Shuttle bus did not have sufficient capacity, left people stranded. Check in process was lengthy (2hrs from arrival). Weird processing on verification of insurance- non standard from rest of car rental industry. Car was not clean on inside. Multiple times required photos of Personable identifiable information (non standard). Employees did not have a valid explanation for their process. Return took too long as well. We waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport and take us to the rental car place. We ended up having to pay a cab driver to take us to the rental car place. I didn’t realize I needed to bring the declarations page from my auto insurance company in order to decline the rental car insurance. First, they are not located at the airport! You must take a shuttle, that only comes every 45-60mins. The cars have rust, given to you dirty, and the “mistakenly” charge people twice for deposits. The staff is rude and really only caters to certain people.Recensione del 28 dic 2022

Can't be in a hurry takes 30 for them to video each car one at a time also they try to give out faulty cars so please check it over the dash lights seat belts everything else is good customer service inside they do take care of you they don't hold the deposit they actually take it out so you do have to stay on top of it it's not a hold like they say so do call daily till it's releasedRecensione del 25 dic 2022

Picking up was a nightmare. There were dozens of people and only 2 people checking people in and on top of that they requested policy declaration page, it was crazy, you had a bunch pf people on the phone trying to reach their insurance company for this document and to make matters worse you have to get there wifi info pq cell service was poor.
