Punti positivi: Pickup staff were great and I appreciated the vehicle they offered me!

Punti negativi: Vehicle had trash in it, which is extra concerning during COVID and I was left feeling very unconfident that it had been cleaned/disinfected per protocol. Changing details regarding dropoff once I already had the car was a *nightmare* with Enterprise customer service.

Punti positivi: The guy who waited on me at pickup and drop-off was awesome.

Punti negativi: The vehicle was very uncomfortable. The outside of the vehicle had several scratches and dings. The carpet on the driver's side was ragged and torn. The back of the vehicle had stains and the plastic had deep scrapes. I was not happy with the vehicle at all. Also I will not rent from that location ever again. For what it cost, I expected the vehicle to be in way better shape than it was.

Punti positivi: The agent explained the basic operations of the vehicle, which was really helpful as I always have to search to figure each new car's set-up.

Punti negativi: Other than a sign to state that we could not enter the office, there was no indication of where to stand outside so there was confusion on who was next in line to be served. Additionally, it was extremely sunny and hot and there were no coverings or shade to wait in. The agent did not inform me that the rental drop-off location in DC that was on my reservation is currently closed due to COVID-19, so I didn't know that I had to drop-off the vehicle at a completely different location than I had selected.
