Punti negativi: The car was in poor condition for a rental. The body had many scratches and the windshield had a bad ding/ crack that was in my field of vision.

Great service
Punti positivi: Everyone at budget was great to work with!
Punti negativi: My car quickly had its Check Oil light come on, but I called roadside service, and they were able to help me swap out the car without any difficulty.

Totally misleading

Punti negativi: We've never been to Nashville and don't know our way around. When we booked a rental vehicle, the reservation said it was on Church street 'on airport' location. Once we arrived at the airport we were told Church street was downtown Nashville and we would have to take a taxi there. We ended up cancelling the reservation. Very misleading for tourists and extremely disappointing.
