I was among many who had a reservation, but no car available. The staff was very friendly and tried to help. They did after some time come up with a smaller car, but they could not take my company card as it did not have my name but the company name. Staff at the counter were friendly fast and nice. Car was not so clean and the windshield wipers were torn and worn out which I did not know because it was not raining when I rented the car. The next day while driving in rain for 5 hours it was a problem. Cleaning and maintenance is a problem. Counter staff amazing.Recensione del 7 nov 2022

They did not have a car for us on the day we reserved - I had paid the deposit too. We had to go to a different location the next day - which actually was more convenient- the 1st car we got had expired plates - which we didn’t know until we got pulled over by police!! had to drive about 30 miles out of our way to exchange cars. The vehicle has an inspection sticker on it when I picked it up stating it was thoroughly cleaned and inspected which it Definitely had not been. The cup holders were full of cigarette ash and there was a spoiled banana peel in the driver side door pocket. Not to meantion the was animal hair throughout. I detail cleaned it before I returned it as it should have been when I picked it up. The office staff was pleasant at drop off it was mainly a cleanliness issue.Recensione del 24 ott 2022

The pickup and drop off is a great feature of your rental but that’s about it the car for the money your charging is very high 500-650 for 4 day rental? The cost of leasing these vehicles at your end is about 400 a month car had wear on carpet and one seat guess your not updating fast enough and that’s my take on your rental businessRecensione del 21 ott 2022
