Staff at the counter were friendly fast and nice. Car was not so clean and the windshield wipers were torn and worn out which I did not know because it was not raining when I rented the car. The next day while driving in rain for 5 hours it was a problem. Cleaning and maintenance is a problem. Counter staff amazing.Recensione del 7 nov 2022

CAr rental was more than agreed to. The van back seats were broke - so could don't put in luggage in back- which was why we rented this vehicle. Cruise did not work.Recensione del 26 ott 2022

The vehicle has an inspection sticker on it when I picked it up stating it was thoroughly cleaned and inspected which it Definitely had not been. The cup holders were full of cigarette ash and there was a spoiled banana peel in the driver side door pocket. Not to meantion the was animal hair throughout. I detail cleaned it before I returned it as it should have been when I picked it up. The office staff was pleasant at drop off it was mainly a cleanliness issue.Recensione del 24 ott 2022

The pickup and drop off is a great feature of your rental but that’s about it the car for the money your charging is very high 500-650 for 4 day rental? The cost of leasing these vehicles at your end is about 400 a month car had wear on carpet and one seat guess your not updating fast enough and that’s my take on your rental businessRecensione del 21 ott 2022

I rented a mid size, to be picked up at 1am. When I arrived, I was told I would get a minivan. When I said I wasn't comfortable driving a minivan, the manager told me "too bad, you should have got here earlier." I had my arrival time on my reservation, but my request was completely ignored and I have never been treated so rudely. I will never rent from Budget ever again.Recensione del 12 ott 2022

They didn't try to push pre-paid gas or insurance. The car was mostly clean (just docs from the last renter in the glove box - not a big deal). The airport does not have clear signs so we went to the wrong place to pick up the car, but that's not the rental company's fault.Recensione del 1 ott 2022

It's way too long a story to tell. They were just awful. After waiting in a crazy show line, in which every customer was getting impatient, we didn't even end up with our car and were almost left stranded if not fire an awesome Alamo employee finally helping us.
