Staff at pickup counter was very rude. I had ordered a 7 passenger minivan, they were trying to give me a Hyundai Santa Fe & insisting that it would be the same. Eventually gave me an old minivan with a broken key fob and a shot suspension! Very disappointed!Recensione del 20 mar 2022

I did not like anything about this experience. The car was in horrible shape. Need better quality of cars. One of the signal lights was not working. The car smelled horrible and was dirty.Recensione del 25 ott 2021

Enormous lines at the counter at both pick up and drop off that all other brands did not have. The helpfulness of staff was atrocious. I highly recommend renting from a different brand even if it’s a little more expensive. You will regret not spending the extra money for the service.Recensione del 2 ago 2021

We waited at the counter in line for 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete the paperwork with the agent. After being checked in we then waited another 45 to get the car. We got into San Juan around 4:30pm and figured with a 25min commute we’d have most the night to relax on the beach at the hotel. We didn’t get out of the airport car rental until 8:30pm. We lost a night of our vacation due to Avis’ poor service, and we will never use them again.Recensione del 30 lug 2021

Made the reservation a month in advance and by the time I arrived at the counter, the clerk had the audacity to tell me there are no cars available for me until the next day. Punti positivi:The staff was kind and the car was clean.Punti negativi:We will never again rent from Avis. After traveling all day with 5 kids, renting three cars from this company and having to stand just stand and wait for what seemed like an eternity. The company is poorly understaffed and needs to one up with a much better system because the one in place will nose dive the entire business. Our rental was DOUBLE the price we had paid years prior and the service didn’t match what we paid, not even close.Recensione del 4 apr 2021
