Shuttled to middle of nowhere from airport. Price was 2x what we agreed on Kayak ($690 instead of $350). Trapped in middle of nowhere late at night, but thankfully rescued by Uber. Didn't have a car the whole trip, but at least we didn't gratify the Payless extortion.Recensione del 15 feb 2023

Our flight had delayed and they were closed after 11:30pm. This was not there as a clear note, so we did not know they will be closed after 11:30. So we were not able to pick up the car and had to take uber.Recensione del 1 gen 2023

Your reservation will be cancelled if you are more than 1 hour late. If your plane is late, you must call and tell them to “roll your reservation”. I called when my plane was late but apparently didn’t use the magic word. My reservation was then canceled. While I did end up having a car for the weekend. It was not without a lot of calories burned. I feel that Kayak could have better represented the booking. I thought I had paid for a car.Recensione del 16 mar 2022
