Office closed at 12:00 p.m. on a Saturday (having the office placed in a touristic location). When I went to another office (in SJU airport) they weren’t interested on offering me a solution keeping the same price but twice as much. Overall experience 0/10.Recensione del 19 ott 2022

Super duper helpful guys at the desk who helped me at check-in after a very trying and long travel day full of delays with two young boys. I somehow had accidentally booked the car at a different location in the city and not at the airport, but they were extremely understanding and helpful and found me the same class of car and even pulled out a promo rate so that the price wouldn't differ much despite my error. I was scheduled to pickup my car at 12:00pm. Little did I know that the office closed at 12:00pm. When I arrived (at 12:30pm) the office was closed and I was stuck with my family of 6 (3 young children and 72 year-old mother-in-law) on the sidewalk. Everyone was exhausted. We looked like homeless Gypsies. I ended up hiring a cab to drive us to our destination, 2 hours away.Recensione del 21 mar 2022
