Vehicle was fine. Process of obtaining vehicle was certainly not the best experience. On line for over an hour. Staff was friendly and helpful but seemingly understaffed.Recensione del 23 ago 2023

pick up and drop off only took 5-10 mins. however, the avis employee signed me up for insurance that i did not request, resulting in significantly higher cost than planned.Recensione del 22 set 2022

Windshield screen was really dirty even when using the windshield wipers to clean it. The car was really low and was scared to cause any damage while driving it, Thank God it didn't happened. Pickup took time but drop-off was smooth and really quick. Overall experience was okay. Thanks!Recensione del 19 lug 2022

The dropoff wasn't staffed or even branded as Avis; I had to ask an Enterprise representative where to find it.Recensione del 11 giu 2022

After being quoted $226 for our rental I just checked my receipt and was charged an extra $400 in bogus fees. The office is closed so there is no one to answer my complaints. I was completely ripped off and they took full advantage of our credit card on file.Recensione del 6 giu 2022
