The Van was DIRTY. I had to buy cleaning products to clean the VAN.. Seats was dirty and stains. I had to cover the seats with sheets. Lights on dash board went out. No Radio, couldn't charge our phone. The Van was Terrible. It was Terrible, Terrible.Recensione del 19 ago 2023

Avis is terrible! Would not recommend. They cancelled my reservation 3 days before pick up! I had reserved a car in March and cancelled in June. Staff left and voicemail then wouldn’t answer the phone. Finally got ahold of someone and they were extremely unhelpful! Would not recommend!!Recensione del 20 giu 2023

When we arrived at the Memphis Airport at 0900 with a reservation, we expected to get a vehicle fairly quick. However we ended up waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The lady working appeared to be disinterested with anyones concerns and refused to offer any help. In the meantime I walked to the second floor and saw several vehicles available that were being held for Avis Preferred and were still in the lot when we finally received our car almost two hours later.Recensione del 17 lug 2022
