Pickup up was slow, vehicle wasn’t ready 1st vehicle given window cracked and huge nail in vehicle so they filled the air up to the max returned, 2nd vehicle no oil change returned, 3rd vehicle manger stated that due to their fault and additional discount was added and I still had to pay over a $100 just in airport fees that weren’t included in my rental. Did not have the vehicle that the contract called for and was told a few hours before pickup that the car was waiting. It took 45 minutes for them to prepare the contract. There was a general feeling that they did not know what they were doing. I knew the manager and she was helpful.Recensione del 23 giu 2021

Punti negativi:Give traveling business folks options to adjust their drop off locations during emergencies when they need to modify reservations. It is ridiculous this can’t be done when most of your customers are business people during the week. I won’t be returning.Recensione del 13 giu 2021

Punti positivi:Staff are unfriendly. The pick-up is inconvenient and disorganized. There is garbage and standing water all over the parking garage and car rental area. We didn't get the car we booked. We had no assistance with our child seat. The car we picked up was dirty and not in great shape. The overall pick up experience took more than an hour. Although he was able to do it all by himself, he needs help. The wait was long and no more cars were available by 10am.
