There wasn’t even a car available for me when I was there and ended up being stranded because I was not a priority even with a reservation. I will never use them or their business again. And if they are in business with Kayak, maybe not Kayak either.Recensione del 11 lug 2023

The vehicle was provided to be three hours late, causing me to be late for the errand I was traveling for. Moreover, the vehicle was a downgrade from what I had rented and came smelling terriblyRecensione del 23 feb 2023

They did not have a car for me when I checked in. They told me to wait two hours and they would call me. They never called and they did not answer the phone when I called them. I called Kayak and not even Kayak could get a hold of them. Also the waiting area was just the dirty parking garage wall.Recensione del 21 feb 2023

I prepaid to rent a car on a short work trip in Memphis. Arrived to find they had rented my car to someone else and had no cars available. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund; I would have to call “someone”.Recensione del 9 feb 2023

They had no cars available even though I made my reservation over a month ago. They said anywhere from 2-8 hours and there were already 6 people ahead of me waiting. I canceled and went with enterprise.Recensione del 16 mag 2022

This location was closed when we arrived because they ran out of cars, even though we had a reservation. We waited outside in the cold for 30 min before someone from Enterprise came over and told us. The people at Dollar didn't even leave a note. Unacceptable service.Recensione del 21 feb 2022

First problem, they tooked confirmed reservations, but didnt have cars available to rent. I had to wait four and a half hours for a vehicle. Second problem., I had the car 3 days not 4, but not get s refund or apology for any of the problems I wii never use this service again.Recensione del 19 dic 2021

The ladies at the desk were nice. However, I had to wait almost an hour for my car. I’m not quite for sure why I needed a paid reservation if my car isn’t going to be ready. I will definitely consider other rental companies if I have to wait that long.Recensione del 24 nov 2021
