They closed before my flight landed, so I didn't get my reservation. Had to pay more to use a different company because of this. It cost me about $150 more with the other company, so now I'm out money because they closed when they still had a reservation and flights still to land.Recensione del 28 lug 2023

Reserved my rental car early in the morning and drove 45 miles to the airport to pick up and they told me I couldn’t pick up same day and that I could come back tomorrow. If I couldn’t pick up the same day then they should not have allowed me to reserve the car.Recensione del 8 giu 2023

Huge line for pickup at MEM. Location was understaffed. Team there was working very hard, but closed while passengers were arriving late. Rental car was filthy -- likely no time for staff to clean it. Dropoff at BHM was very easy. It seems like Hertz needs to increase/lengthen its staffing model at MEM.Recensione del 23 apr 2023

The car was good but it was not cleaned before we received it. It was very expensive for what we got. The service was great. Very easy to pick up and drop off.Recensione del 12 ott 2022
