We will never use Advantage again. We waited in line for two hours to pick up the car due to computer issues and slow agents. When we finally got the car, it had a musty smell. Rather than dealing with another wait time, we decided to buy Febreze to rid the car of the smell. After repeated applications, that worked. The windows were dirty. There was no windshield wiper fluid. Definitely not worth the savings. Stick to the major brands.Recensione del 28 apr 2022

Pickup was pretty rough. There was one staff member, and a heck of a line. They are busy trying to upsell the rental itself, and then all of the add on options. The process takes entirely too long. Otherwise, I got a Nissan Altima for the Toyota Camry class (they are not the same), but I was so over it by the time I got my car, I was just happy to be on my way. From landing to driving out of the garage was a solid 2 hours.Recensione del 28 feb 2022

When I use to rent for cars I would use advantage but now they jacked up the prices and have really bad cars! And before you could rent the car if you were a local and now they ask for electric bill and and a lot more information. Very disappointingRecensione del 9 nov 2021
