Never picked the car up. The line was really long with one attendant. The attendant took forever w/ each customer. I left and rented w/ Dollar even though it cost more.Recensione del 22 ago 2023

They did not have my reservation when I arrived and then charged me for an upgrade a half hour later so I could take the only available car. Bad experience that cost me time and money.Recensione del 24 lug 2023

Overall good. However, there is a noticeable upsell at the PDX Thrifty counter, and it is also a little bit of a shady upsell (putting add-ons on and hoping customers don’t notice). This is not my experience alone, as it happened to another customer (a friend) the same day.Recensione del 9 lug 2023
