Pickup employee was efficient and friendly. Dropoff employee was impatient and disappeared before telling us receipt would be emailed... we had to ask another renter. It would have only taken a few seconds to communicate this, as well as "thank you". There are many other choices.Recensione del 20 ago 2023

The truck clearly had not been cleaned after multiple customers. There were parking passes from several different hotel stays left on the dash, food crumbs all over the back seat, and something disgusting in one of the cup holders. A maintenance light went on the second day I had it. The staff was great, but just know Avis is turning those vehicles over fast, and not doing anything in between customers.Recensione del 27 apr 2022

Avis rep charged me a price that was completely different from the amount I had booked and told me there was nothing they could do about it since it was already closed out.. Now I have to deal with it at the end of my vacation. Awful just down right shady .Recensione del 8 nov 2021

Good car, clean, ran well. Disappointed that representative wouldn't allow my 24-year-old driver to be a second driver.Recensione del 15 ott 2021

I was unable to pick up my car. There was a line I’ve over 100 people waiting for Avis pick up and I didn’t have time to wait. It was the only rental agency with this kind of line. As a result I will not be using Kayak or Avis ever again.Recensione del 5 ott 2021
