The car was very dirty and needed an oil change and fluids. It was not ideal considering we were traveling across 2 statesRecensione del 14 ago 2023

Crappy bait and switch car. Wanted a car with trunk like Camry, got a ford edge suv with no trunk and no cover for storage area. Shitty mpg and because flight delays they change price.Recensione del 19 lug 2023

Mystery car: is a medium size [not small] pickup truck. Awkward, bulky, hard to park. Returning the truck was the biggest problem. I followed the Budget signs till they ran out, and couldn't find the return bay. I asked for help and was told "over there" repeatedly. Staff finally said "just leave it here, we'll take care of it."Recensione del 28 set 2022

Having the Budget Fast Break was immensely helpful in speeding up picking up this rental process. It’s free- do this for a very expedited pick-up. Drop off was also a piece of cake and quick!Recensione del 11 set 2022

The car was very clean, drop off was incredibly easy. On pickup the rep pressured me into buying insurance that I didn't need. Halfway through my trip the car started complaining about how it needed maintenance and I should bring it to the dealer ASAP.Recensione del 2 ago 2022
