I didn't receive the car I originally reserved. The counter clerk said it had been damaged a few days before. Then the car I did get had a bad front tire that you could feel the wobble when driving.Recensione del 6 giu 2023

I was being forced into getting an electric car ( that could not meet the needs of my plans) only or they said I could pay 3 times as much to get a different car. I spent 2.5 hours pleading with on-site and phone support people who refused to help. It ruined my plans. This was an overall awful experience.Recensione del 26 mag 2023

The car had over 60000 miles and had to be returned by tow truck. We had to wait almost 4 hours for the tow truck because they were sent to the wrong address. We had to wait in line for another hour to exchange the car. They added liability insurance to the bill even though we specifically refused it. Waited 20 min in line, then was told another 20 minutes for car to be ready. Waited 1/2 hour walked to garage found 20 people upset and waiting for cars. Will never use again. Took UBER home.Recensione del 12 nov 2022

Tank wasn't full, then filled and was charged some when I returned it full. Car wasn't super clean. The service at pick up was really slow - over 1.5 hour wait to get my car which is awful when it's already reserved and paid for, and we had a long travel day. Gave bad section on the card to pickup the car. We were 3 people waiting 20-30 min for nothing. Finally found someone that said the section was closed and have to go somewhere else to pickup. Take almost an hour to have our car.Recensione del 8 gen 2022
