The van was filthy. There was lots of trash inside. Stains on the seats. I picked it up in a dark garage and didn’t see all the mess or i would have refused to take it. At my first stop when I saw all the garbage i I was already way down the highway so I just picked up all the disgusting stuff and threw it away. I took lots of pictures. When I turned it in at Daytona the guy at counter didn’t care, said call corporate if have a complaint!!Recensione del 25 apr 2023

The cars passenger side headlight was full of water and fogged the whole rental time. The wipers needed to be replaced And the car pulled when you came to a stop. The turning radius on the car was poor. We called the car the hippo, anytime you tried to park in a congested lot where room was tight you had to wiggle back and forth to get it out of the spot. Service was good, employees were friendly and the car was great! However, The wait time to complete the paperwork was a bit long (perhaps 20 minutes) and then I had to wait another 10 or so for an attendant to meet me and take me to my car.
