The car was a little dirty in the outside— streaks on the glass made it hard to see out with the sun/glare. Returning the car the day of the snowstorm really slowed us down and we might have missed our flight. I would suggest speeding that part up if possible (more frequent shuttles etc).Recensione del 18 gen 2022

I was upgraded which was nice. The shuttle stop was recently moved which was frustrating but not the fault of the rental center. Very friendly and helpful staff, made pick up and return a breeze.Recensione del 6 set 2021

Punti positivi:Didn't end up renting the car because the reservation made note that there was shuttle service to the rental car facility from the Cleveland airport. I was instead booked for a location 24 minutes in the opposite direction of where I needed to be going.
