Punti negativi: Budgets counter was closed and was directed to the Avis counter. Took awhile to get someone to help me , they tried to upsell me to an SUV, guess that is expected, but the worst issue was the car was rank with cigarette smoke. We fabreezed that car every time we entered and exited it. Horrible

Punti negativi: I had FOUR different cars. Three smelled so bad of cigarettes (and one of weed). The second one they gave me started to shake uncontrollably when I got on the highway. I feel like I was overcharged. Not happy at all.

Punti negativi: When your company has a issue with your computer system as in crashing you should be able to accommodate your renters at a different location for the same amount as the reservation that was giving on line th

Punti negativi: I made a reservation. They did not reserve a vehicle. They asked if I would take a truck instead and asked it if was ok that it hadn't even been cleaned. I declined. This is a horrible location.

Punti negativi: They’re charged me extra money $70 i didn’t know why they changed extra money

Punti negativi: PIck-up location was changed from what I chose when scheduling. $300 charge for changing it. Picking the car up took about an 1.5 hours. Car was clean but had a super strong odor of marijuana. Customer service was no help unless you paid for it.

Punti positivi: very sarcastic, at Cleveland Hopkins intl airport at budget, unhelpfull. recommend custom service rep fired immediately.

Punti negativi: an opportunity to work situation out, missed out on rental car to detroit, missed flight to Phoenix, missed opportunity for a Christmas and a vacation for this year
