I called to change my drop-off location and I asked if there out be a charge for returning it to the airport instead of the location I booked initially. I thought I was picking up at the airport location but it turns out it was about 30 mins away. Seems like it would be a simple fix but I was told that because I booked through a third-party that Hertz couldn't do anything. Also, the vehicle had a strong smoke odor on the interior...not cool when you're traveling with family and small children.Recensione del 3 gen 2022
