Wouldn’t accept my credit card insurance coverage without a written letter—which is not a legal requirement but something they do so they can sell you their insurance. It was labeled as “on site” at airport. It was not. The car was pretty beat to hell.Recensione del 14 mar 2022

I would avoid. Nice people but terribly disorganized. We paid for an SUV but when we arrived they said they didn't have any. Didn't really offer a solution (said we could just wait a few hours for an SUV but they are unsure if one will come) so we took a sedan. This car then broke down on us (but thankfully they were quick to fix it). They also ended up making us pay for insurance as they didn't accept my credit card's insurance.Recensione del 25 feb 2022

We accidentally booked the car at the location 30 minutes away. The employee quickly identified the issue and they found us a car at the airport location. They did this by letting us take a reserved car and driving a replacement car up from the further location. No hassle and no extra charge. They were way more accommodating than what I have experienced in the US.Recensione del 15 feb 2022

At the time picking up the car, they didn't have the one I reserved and didn't honor the price the car was booked at. The insurance paid for the car, wasn't honored as well. The car was almost 70k miles and the AC didn't work, plus the front left tired was low on pressure, so had to go a gas station to fill up the tire with air. They tried to charge me an additional $600 for a 7 day rental for Liability insurance. It’s normally $13-15 a day. The company is apparently known for this shady practice.Recensione del 7 gen 2022

One of the most unprofessional people. My flight was delayed by 2 Hours and Economy Rent A Car cancelled my reservation without any notification. I landed at their office at 11 pm, and they plain refused to provide me with any vehicle. Did not even bother to offer any alternative. Since the prices had gone up, they figured every reason to cancel my reservation though no fault of mine.Recensione del 13 dic 2021
