Line to pickup was a disaster. For awhile no one was even at the counter despite a line of 20+. System to get cars was very inefficient so each person getting their car took way longer than it should. Do not blame the counter representatives who did the best they could, but everything was poorly organized and poorly run.Recensione del 2 lug 2023

Horrible. Took well over an hour to obtain the rental when we arrived at the airport - they had one person at the desk and well over 20 customers waiting in line. A very frustrating experience.Recensione del 6 giu 2023

We had to wait forever once we got in and was then provided with a car which was a smaller class than what I had reserved because the budget desk was closed, so we were then taken to Avis. The car was disgusting and smelled horribly of burnt marijuana all week. It was hands down the worst car rental experience I've ever had, and I will never use budget again.Recensione del 25 apr 2023

We did not receive an invoice at time of rental. The computers wern’t Working, but they said we would receive an email. We never did and when I checked my credit card, we were billed for $153, instead of the estimate of $100 for the 2 day rental. We did not upgrade our rental. Also, we were told to go to a certain parking space to pick up the car. When we go5 there, someone was already in the car, so we had to go back to the counter and she gave us another one. The pick up and drop off process was seamless. The tabk was full, and everyone was very efficient. The car could have been a little cleaner, and they should probably stop renting Kias, given the current issues with theft.
