There was nobody at my airport drop off just signed reminding customers to leave the keys in the car! I am still wondering if my drop off is confirmed. It has been over 24 hours since I dropped off the rental car and my credit card has a pending charge that is double my original booking price. If Orlando airport kiosk doesn’t staff anybody at the airport, maybe they shouldn’t advertise a 24 hour facility to help lessen confusions like the one I am wondering right nowRecensione del 14 ago 2023

Extremely long wait time out check in. I'm not sure what was happening, but it was on the verge of chaos. They DID NOT have the vehicle (Expedition) that we reserved ahead of time. We ended up with an Explorer. Not a bad vehicle, just smaller than what we needed. And the compensation was not equal to the downgrade. Check in time was about 1 hour and the harried staff was somewhat rude. Check out was very easy.Recensione del 3 nov 2021
