I waited in line but apparently was in the wrong location. The next location, I had to wait nearly an hour to receive service. Kim was friendly, warm, and efficient once I got to the desk, but I likely won't book except through Hertz directly and with my Gold account information next time.Recensione del 16 mag 2023

Hertz employee at checkout counter in PHL was difficult to work with. He also lied and said that he could not change the time on the reservation due to the drop off location opening at 9 AM. The drop off location opened at 7:30 am and he did this in an attempt to get an extra $20 added on to my rental.Recensione del 2 ago 2022

Booked a rental car for Sunday at Philly airport a week in advance because they were the only agents open. Took a bus to the airport and was told if I didn't have a plane ticket for that day. I couldn't rent. Long story short I was left stranded at the Philly airport. F you hertz. You will never get my business again. additinal fees for drop off location where not mentioned during booking process (fee for the drop of station & state / city charges). Philadelphia staff was excellent ... friendly, helpful and professional! When flight was cancelled in Denver and we could not pick up the car the scheduled day, we called Hertz corporate to insure we had a vehicle the next day ... an hour of run around on the phone. There was no problem with the pickup, the drop off was a different story. No clear directions as to where the rental should be dropped off. We dropped rental off at 4:30 AM. The service crew was there and they helped direct us, but no real signage to help.Recensione del 6 ott 2021
