2+ hour wait in line to pick up at Newark, one employee behind the desk. Facility is a triple-wide trailer and it’s pretty grubby. No seating. I asked for a toll tag, but they charged me for the weekly unlimited tolls instead - cost me a fortune. I’m not using Budget again!Recensione del 9 lug 2023

The car interior could have been much cleaner. The rental agent needed to speak up as it was difficult to hear her clearly behind the glass.Recensione del 8 giu 2023

The car was extremely dirty, didn't look like the interior or exterior had been washed. Car drove terribly. I would have asked for another car, but I checked in at Budget and had to go pick up the car in the Avis lot, which was a 10 minute walk. Very disappointed in car.Recensione del 20 mar 2023

Car had bad rear tire and was noisy and vibrated the whole 525 miles. US port dis not work, so no music. Crappy car... not the car size I requested, so spent too much extra on gasoline also.Recensione del 11 nov 2022

It's tough navigating the Newark airport to find the Budget office. The woman that helped me at that Budget location was excellent!Recensione del 19 ott 2022
