Punti positivi: Crew were fine- did what they had to do: distributed tiny bottle of water, picked up trash, were polite to passengers. Otherwise, no interaction.
Punti negativi: Crowded airplane during a pandemic. Greed motivates Sun Country Airlines- overcrowding, seats are paid extra, baggage is extra including carryon. Flight arrived on time, but it took two (2) hours to get out of the airport, waiting for a gate and baggage. Landed at 10:10p- left airport with bag at 12:10a. Will try never t o fly with them again!

Punti negativi: The airfi wifi was very intermittent. That should be addressed for international flights! Also, seat was supposed to have a usb cord and there wasn’t one. We would have picked a different airline for an international flight had we known that. Tray backs were dirty too.

People sat should-to-shoulder - No buffer space, but asked to leave the plane with 6 foot intervals???? This airline picks and chooses their Covid precautions. Quick and inexpensive flight, if you don’t mind the rest.
Punti negativi: Sun country did absolutely nothing in regards to protecting their passengers from COVID. Delta was absolutely amazing and I was soo impressed with the extra measures they are taking, sun country should definitely take notes from
Delta. As for sun county I will not be flying them again anytime soon, unless they are able to improve their policies on covid.

Punti negativi: No COVID precautions. Definitely not 6 feet apart procedures. No cleaning nor sanitation done for seats. Delta at least provides hand sanitizer wipes. & has middle seats closed off due to COVID. Hate that they charge for even a carry on. Ridiculous. Should have flown Delta.

Punti negativi: Boarding! Other airlines are boarding from the back to the front. Absolutely no social distancing on this flight...by the time I was called to board, proceed to the back of the plane the others in my row had to get up & move so I could get to my window seat. In a world of technology, boarding can be done more efficiently.

Punti negativi: Flight was overcrowded with very poor Covid safety procedures. I recently flew, the same route on Delta and felt much better about cleanliness, empty middle seats, masks, etc.

Punti positivi: Over crowded. Scaled down the aisle to add extra seats. I weigh 100lbs. and am 5'2". My knees were crammed into seat in front of me. No beverage or food service and no discount for that.

Punti positivi: Don’t really interact with the crew much as people remain to themselves with Covid. But have always found the crew friendly in past flights

Punti positivi: There was little interaction due to Covid precautions, however the crew was friendly upon entrance and exit.
Punti negativi: There was a child in front of me that should have had a mask on but was not enforced well.
Punti negativi: The flight was pretty full, there were very few vacant seats and there was not enough space for social distancing. Also, quite a few of the hand sanitizer machines were empty at the MSP and MCO terminals.
Punti negativi: We are in the midst of a pandemic and while masks were "required," the number of passengers not wearing a mask or wearing a mask incorrectly was obscene. The flight attendants needed to be reminding people and correcting people on their mask wearing. More importantly, the airline needs to be upholding the safety of their passengers! I was also seated DIRECTLY next to another passenger, which breaks all social distancing. And while I repeatedly asked him to fix his mask, it still always managed to fall off his face while sleeping. I know it isn't really the fault of the crew, but I think the airline needs to do a better job.

Punti negativi: I’m extremely frustrated. When I booked my flight, i was told that the flight would NOT be a full flight due to COVID. It was almost completely full. I was not comfortable with that nor did i receive any notification that it was going to be full prior to boarding. I’m extremely frustrated.

Punti positivi: At the wrong gate for a while they saint change it on the monitors I was on the other end I keep hearing my location on the intercom, but the monitor stated I was at the correct gate.

Punti negativi: Well, you could have felt that when there is an unprecedented pandemic illness and federal guidance against travel that you don't doubly penalize customers who (1) cannot travel due to the extraordinary public health crisis of COVID 19 and, (2) are devastated that he cannot celebrate his best friend's 40th birthday despite being the thing he looked forward to for months and would love to use a travel voucher in the future when this whole thing eventually blows over. Imagine what your company could gain by being good.

Boarded quickly, smooth flight, crew efficiently handled the passengers, arrived early. Seating new, clean, comfortable for a budget airline.

Punti negativi: There was no kiosk, no one working until 6:30 pm, the employees were rude, tossed our bags carelessly, condescending, nonexistent email communication when trying to precheck and make sure we were set up, the girl making announcements kept messing up and getting mad at herself and stopping her announcement so it was hard to keep track of who was boarding. The seats were incredibly tight - OH and it was ridiculous that after purchasing tickets they then hit you with additional fees - like you have to PAY to pick a seat?! And then if you want to bring a carry on it costs the same as a checked bag?! Nickle and diming at its finest. All of the passengers we talked to from our flight all said the same thing. We will never fly Sun Country again.
Punti negativi: It would be nice if the pilot would tell us what state we are flying over or give us information about what we are looking at out the windows. We only get -we are experiencing a bit of turbulence or we will begin our descent in about 20 minutes. They may see the view all the time and know where they are but we don’t fly much and would like to know.

Punti positivi: My special needs son wasn’t seated with us, crew was very kind and accommodating. And even though we managed to shuffle the rest of the family ourselves, they came back to check to make sure he wasn’t by himself.

Punti negativi: Checking in was a nightmare. Long line and SLOW! Stood in line for over 2 hours - the tsa line that was longer only took 20 minutes. Many people were shut off from their flight due to Sun Country being so slow and they were not helpful to those that lost their flight. Counter staff was slow and many didn’t know what they were doing - had to wait for the manager to come walk them through checking in.

Punti negativi: When I bought my ticket, I didn't realize I would have to pay $35 to put a bag in the overhead compartment and $35 to check a bag; only a personal item under the seat in front of me was free (came with the ticket price). This resulted in the ticket being at least $70 more expensive than I anticipated. Probably could have gotten a cheaper flight overall. Also, the plane was 2 hours and 45 minutes late in taking odf, resulting in landing 1:00 am. I picked my flight time deliberately to avoid flying after about 11:30 pm. With the lateness of the flight, I probably could again have gotten a cheaper flight that was scheduled to land in the wee hours of the morning. Finally, the complimentary food was non-existent - didn't even get a cookie or small bag of pretzels. Did get a free drink and water.

Punti negativi: I paid extra for a window seat and ended up next to a bulkhead with no window. I can get claustrophobic so concerning and Frustrating! Also, unlike the trip to Minneapolis where the Wi-Fi worked great the Wi-Fi was awful on the return trip and made watching a movie challenging.

Punti negativi: Make it clear right up front that you charge for checked bags and overhead carry on bags - my flight is now $70 more expensive than I thought; don't charge for overhead carry on bags as well as for checked bags; at least provide a bag of free pretzels or something with the free beverage, fly on time, when you don't fly on time, update the monitors in the arrival airport as soon as possible - not just after the original arrival time (by then it's too late for the people picking me up!).
