Punti negativi: The light colored seats really showed the stains and wear and tear, giving the appearance of uncleanliness even though I'm sure the staff work hard to maintain the aircraft.

Overcharged $170 on my credit card
Punti positivi: The airline was fine, it’s Kayak who charged my card $170 more than the advertised price for the flight. I just want to be reimbursed for their mistake.
Punti negativi: That the flight was advertised for $252 and my card was charged $422. Hoping someone contacts me regarding this case via email as I can’t get in touch with anyone as I’m abroad. My info should come up and someone in the team can see that this gets remedied.

Punti negativi: There is only one entrence to get in ,the isle is very narrow For a business class very little congested seatsby mistake i left my laptop in singapre air, we immediately notified the silkair agent at checkin even though there was a flight delay and wait they are unable to get it In hyderabad the staff are very slow in response we wasted three days to locate the laptop Overall it is extremely disappointing experience from boarding and post boardin and handling by the silk air office , aircraft, and agents in hyderabad , i wish i reviwed the prior reviews Silk air lost my business never again fly silk air

Punti positivi: The Crew members were really nice, and polite. Even though one of the passenger was being an Ass he maintained his calm and handled the situation professionally that was really nice of him to do so.. The flight was smooth inckuding Landing & take off.
Punti negativi: Not that I am complaining, I understand the thing going behind the stage. But still the food was not good. Yes it was hot but the taste was really wierd. I have travelled with silk air alot of time and had their food, they were great but this time it didnot hit the mark.
Punti negativi: At Singapore our flight from ICN landed at Terminal 3, our next flight to BLR said Terminal 2 on our boarding pass, we had less than 45 mins to get there but the shuttle was too far from our exit gate at T3. When we still managed to get to T2, we were tills to go to T1, another shuttle - again quite far away, we Ran & made it to our gate on time. Not impressed with the layout and lack of transportation.

Punti positivi: Nothing to like,we travel with infant,there is no air conditioning in front of the taxi,it's too hot and rear end is ok,cabin crew persons are arrogant not responding,all the infants are exhausted in the taxi...a lady in the board can't breathe properly because of hotness,poor maintenance...

Felt cheated as I had to pay for my seat when there were so many aisle seats empty. Had to walk to the aircraft inspite if requesting for wheelchair. Would have been nice if water was offered when plane took off, rather than passengers having to ask for it

Good regional flight to Ko Samui
