Punti positivi: Boarding was quick once the bus arrived at the aircraft, flying on JetTime (leased aircraft) meant the seats were comfortable and the smaller 737-700 meant that there was less people on-board. Certainly enjoyable.
Punti negativi: Flying on a JetTime leased aircraft and not Norwegian means you miss out on in-flight TVs and free WiFi.

Punti negativi: They weight my carry on luggage from the connecting flight. The first flight was ok, but they decided to weight my carry on luggage at the gate for the connecting flight. So I got charge for extra 82 dollars. I wish they say something earlier!!

Punti negativi: the plane was delayed. no reason giving. when boarding, it was a white plane with no markings. inside it had Norwegian signs, but probably the plane was a substitute. Once in the air, the flight was fine.

Punti negativi: We were unable to have choose seat option at booking and also check in and they split us up and weren’t able to put us together at the gate. A bit light on the perks for “premium”.
Punti positivi: The long distance jet was very nice and would likely be the only reason I would fly with Norwegian again.
Punti negativi: Drinks like soda included in cost. Baggage sizes and weights that match other international carriers, consist enforcement of weight restrictions or requirements. More people, less kiosks. Don’t make you have to pay to choose a seat. Everyone we talked to was complaining about the nickel diming!

Punti positivi: More legroom than expected. Seats are thin though but comfortable enough for a 2 hour flight. WiFi has movies although the selection was pretty slim and they cost 5 euros! Also, the app seemed to have an issue that the titles of the movies didn’t appear anywhere so you had to guess what the movies were based on one screenshot.
Punti negativi: They claimed they had WiFi but I would hardly call it that. It was very slow and kept disconnecting. Also, had to pay for movies and even regular drinks like orange juice. I know it’s budget airline but still bothers me especially since they charge 2-3 times regular price for the food.

Punti positivi: For Copenhagen to JFK flight only: Excellent crew, satisfactory food service, very good drink service, great plane, comfortable seat in Premium comparable to old business class seats before lie flat became standard.
Punti negativi: Extremely understaffed check-in desk in Lisbon with extremely long lines took over thirty minutes of waiting to reach the desk. No separate check-in lines for Premium, since they have no Premium service from there to Copenhagen. No Premium seating or services available from Lisbon to Copenhagen. No staff or facility at Copenhagen airport to print boarding pass for transfer passengers until gate agents finally arrived.

They didn't return the stroller for customs or anything.

Additionally, nothing was showing on the screens, they could have at least kept the screensavers or flight path displayed.

Punti positivi: I have liked Norwegian ever since I first flew with them. So my meal was something I ordered and looked forward too on a long 8.5 hour flight.
I actually tell everyone that it is my favorite airline
Punti negativi: Even though I paid the fifty pounds for extra bag and "nice and tasty" food they didn't bring it as they said it was not on my ticket. When I asked where my food was, long after everyone had been fed, they brought me what was left over. A spaghetti and chicken which was warm and not "tasty" and I do not normally eat chicken. It was the only thing left.
For the breakfast snack they also forget me until I asked again. The the "nice and tasty" meal was very sad and disappointing.
And when I have travelled with Norwegian before the meal and entertainment were excellent.
Also when I arrived in Barcelona "transit" to Newark there was no one advising up where to go!
They dropped us en mass at the immigration which was huge and packed with long, long lines. When I asked people in uniform where transit was they told me I had to go through immigration! An hour later when I went to the immigration booth, the officer took me directly upstairs to another security check and then I was told to wait in an area and my flight would be called. Nothing.
And when I went to the flight they said my bags were unloaded! All the Norwegian offices and checkin were closed for the night. My phone would not work there and finally I found wifi and called Norwegian in London, They gave me numbers and company names to call. But there no one to be found or connected to. At seven o'clock the next morning when Norwegian opened I was able to be put on the next flight on Sunday, two days later. A terrible transit like I have never experienced before.

Punti negativi: My flight from Oslo to Gatwick was delayed due to technical problems with the plane. We sat on the tarmac and left two hours late, causing me to miss my connection to Boston. I understand that these things happen, and I appreciate the attention to safety; however, the real problems began when we arrived at Gatwick. We were told an agent would meet the five of us who missed the flight at the gate to assist us. No agent was there, and we wandered to different Norwegian sites for help. When we finally found the right person, it took a ridiculous amount of time to rebook us. Here's the first problem with a carrier like Norwegian: they don't have as many flights, and none were going directly to Boston the following day. I was finally booked on a 6:20 a.m. flight to Copenhagen the next day with a 10 hour layover until the flight to Boston. The next problem was an outsourced service to provide me with a hotel and food voucher for the night. This literally took hours for them to arrange. It was over 6 hours from arrival at Gatwick to ending up with a place to stay - and then a 4 a.m. wakeup to get to the airport. I would hesitate to book Norwegian again for these reasons. Also - come on, Norwegian, soft drinks, water, and coffee/tea should be free.
