2.5 hour of delay to pick someone special to board the plane. Ridiculous!
2.5 hour of delay and excuse was navigation not working you have to pick paperwork however picking paperwork took 1.5 hour? You think people will believe this while you get this special person to just walk in and board the plane on the (exit) seats 4 rows had been kept empty just for him.
I demand my money back. Poor poor poor service JetBlue

Tha airport crew was horrible, I was more than an hour in the line, what could perceive is that there is not enough personnel, also what I consider disrespectful is that although people for Puerto Rico flight was standing on the line on time, they were trying to cope with their delay on other flights, and they had all the line waiting until they finished with the other flights. THAT was absolutely disrespectful of others time, I was there carrying my carry on baggage. Abdul rely HORRIBLE. When they finally called me there was no education to say even Hello, she only spoke to me to say I had to pay for one bag, and the overweight price, I tried to explain I purchased a different fare, but she didn’t care she just kept repeating the same. Ground crew was horrible and the complete procedure is horrible, I’ve never had such experience with JetBlue.
To improve you should start putting kiosks, and mobile check-in URGENTLY please

Punti positivi: JetBlue is by far our favorite commercial air line. We stopped flying United completely and now only fly with JB. It is just so much nicer and more comfortable.

Punti negativi: This was a very very old plane and the entertainment option was terrible. The 3.5 mm ports were all messed up, and I tried 4 different ones. The TVs flickered and were extremely tiny. There were only 3 movies to chose from.
The seats were terribly uncomfortable and the one in front of me was falling apart.
The crew said that they cleaned plane prior to everyone boarding but it was visibly dirty.

Punti negativi: The plane was full, there were barely any empty seats. Everything inside the plane was old. The bathrooms were gross. The TV didn't work for most of the flight, and when it did start working you couldn't choose movies or shows to start from the beginning.

Punti negativi: The elder gentleman was very rude throughout the flight. Paid for front row seat mostly due to covid and he made us seat and wait for people that had a connection flight to exit the plane all the way from the end of the aircraft defeating the purpose of me buying the front row seat at $65 which was more than the seat was worth. The way the crew asked was was very rude because he stated if we stand up he would keep the door closed.
I understand about the passengers with connection flight but its Jetblue responsibility to get these people to their connection but it shouldn’t jeopardize me.
