Crew did not allow passengers to occupy empty priority rows (slightly more legroom), even though this would have made the flight more comfortable also for people in regular economy seats, who would also have benefited from an unoccupied chair on their row (there were 3 empty rows). Seemed like an extremely stingy move on behalf of the airline.

Punti negativi: The Cheesy Ruffles were crisp and tangy, a perfect foil for the whiskey & soda. Unfortunately a screaming infant added a sour note. Kudos to the flight staff for not flying into any immovable geographical features. That's the kind of flying one hopes to encounter on a regular basis.
Flight was rescheduled which caused me to miss my outgoing flight.

So she knew at beginning of flight! How are they !!going to bathroom and serving us without washing their hands!!? I rated food as poor as I would not accept any beverages or food from them. Gross!

Punti negativi: Flight delay with no information to tell us what was happening. No competent staff at the airport in Cancun. Hour delay for bags with no information.

Punti negativi: The seats were still uncomfortable. The flight was listed on the screen in the terminal as "8:00 on time" with a gate "B1" which I learned meant they didn't have a gate assignment yet. This continued until nearly 8:00! Finally, they changed it to "8:40 on time" (which is a lie, as it was to be an 8:00 flight), and assigned gate 17. The boarding process was pretty much chaos, and our supposed 8:00 flight took off a little after 9:30, despite no weather issues at MEX or ORD, or any other understandable reasons for the delay and disorganization. I'm questioning whether I would ever fly Interjet again, and I'm wondering about ways to avoid MEX, as some of the problems seem to be with the airport itself.
